Booking & Orders

When you schedule a service with Pipe Master Shub, we begin processing immediately to secure your appointment. You can pay using PayPal, Venmo, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, credit/debit card, or cash upon arrival. Confirmation is sent via email or SMS once your request and payment are received.

Modifications & Cancellations

You can modify or cancel your service up to 24 hours in advance free of charge. Requests after this window may incur a fee if technicians have been dispatched. Contact support with your booking reference to make any changes.

Payment & Refund Terms

Prepaid or Deposit Services: For book-and-prepay or deposit-required services, full refunds are issued if canceled 24 hours before the appointment. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

On-Site Payment: Cash, card, or digital payments are collected after job completion. If service is canceled on-site before work begins, no fees apply upon cancellation.

Unsatisfactory Service: Notify us within 7 days of service if you're unhappy. We will assess your feedback and, if warranted, offer repairs, service redos, or partial/full refunds.

Refund Methods & Timeline

Refunds are processed via your original payment method:

  • PayPal/Venmo: 1–2 business days
  • Amazon Pay: 3–5 business days
  • Apple Pay: 1–3 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 3–7 business days
  • Cash: Refund issued via mailed check or credit on future service

Service Scheduling & Fees

Services are scheduled within 3–7 business days, depending on availability and location. Rush or same-day services are available for an extra fee—please call to confirm availability and exact pricing.
